Every day, in the morning after cleansing face or showering:

1) Apply thin layer of Green Tea & Caffeine Lotion over entire face, neck and hands

2) If desired, apply make up and/or thin layer of your favorite mineral-based sunscreen

Every night before bed:

1) Gently swab face and neck with one Complex Glycolic Treatment pad and allow to dry for about one minute. Don’t use as a cleansing pad, just let it glide gently over skin

2) Using your palm, apply 3 - 5 drops evenly over entire face, eyelids, neck, upper chest and tops of hands, allow to dry about a minute
